One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly allows stacking. Requesting a new bonus while one is already active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within their validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
